Do you mean quality?
A good scientist quality is letting the public see your data. Science can be understood by everyone who can put in enough hours of studying and by letting everybody see your data, you give people a chance to understand and make progress on your work too.
I think a good scientist quality is being interested and curious in the world around you. And never satisfied with an answer. I was one of those annoying kids who always asked… “but why?!”
I would agree that curiosity is the biggest feature scientists need, cos you have to be constantly asking questions about the who, what, why, when and where. Other than that, you need to be very thorough, especially when you are working with patient samples, and record everything you do so you can be held accountable!
