  I’m not sure I quite understand what you mean – but are you asking whether a woman who has had a sex change operation can get an erection? In that case, apparently a device is implanted in the new penis during surgery which allows an artificial erection.

  Yes..definitely it will give artificial erection but it depends on what device used and how well the female recovered after surgery..though I think it won’t be as perfect as 100% normal man…
