If the appearance of your breasts are making you severely unhappy, you can have surgery to enhance your breast, although it is very invasive and comes with risks.

It’s important to remember there are no such things as “normal” breasts. They come in ALL shapes and sizes, and the ones you see in the magazine are probably not even real – they have been enhanced using a computer.

I think surgery is a massively drastic option. If I want to boost my boobies, I think a good push-up bra and a bit of bronzer in your cleavage does wonders. :b

As a bloke I don’t know much about breasts, but one of my hobbies is studying fake medicines. Fake medicines are sold very widely, for example creams, herbal remedies, and various kinds of pills, and there is very little regulation of them because of loopholes in the law. Lots of claims are made for this or that remedy – too many to list here!

There are many things that are sold on the internet that claim to make your breasts grow. To my knowledge NONE of them work. And some herbal remedies can actually be poisonous – this is also true of some herbal dieting pills. Good advice is not to waste your money on this sort of thing. As usual with medical advice, go and see your GP in the first instance.

My wife is a theatre nurse (assists in operations) and she has always told me that you should think very seriously before having a general anaesthetic and surgery. If you have a disease or injury and you need an operation fair enough, but you should think carefully about choosing surgery voluntarily if you don’t really need it.

I am not best person to answer this…but I must say It’s always good to be natural…One can enhance its shape with different push-up bras available in the market….that’s fair enough!!!

But to go for temporary or permanent solution with surgery will not be great idea…it will come with lots of risks…and I always think if you have any disease and need surgery than it’s fine but its always good to stay away from medicines and surgery if you are healthy…

Its always good to try for alternate options rather than going for surgery or medical operations…

Being worried about the size, shape or appearance of any part of your body is known as negative body image. The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons say that around half the UK suffer with this.

Breast size could change if you change your hormones or have an operation (plastic surgery or implants), however these two methods have side affects and are serious procedures that your body may not be able to deal with easily.

Everyone has different size and shaped breasts and there is no perfect size. However, if you feel upset about your appearance you can have an appointment with a doctor and talk about how you are feeling.
