  You can catch sexual diseases from oral sex (or putting a guys penis in your mouth as you say), such as herpes (but you can also get loads of others too, it’s just herpes is the most common). Herpes like the cold sore virus and looks like a cold sore on your mouth. You can protect yourself against it by using a condom – flavoured condoms have been invented exactly for this purpose, but remember, boys can catch it from girls too!
