  This is not something I actually know the answer to, so I have turned to the power of Google…
  
  Apparently, on average, 180 million sperm are released every time you ejaculate – and this number has dropped over the last 50yrs. In terms of volume, 2-6ml is released, and doctors become concerned if there are less than approx 20million sperm PER ML, as this may indicate a problem with fertility.
