• Question: Why do you care so much about other young budding scientists?

      I think it’s just because I know how hard it was to find information about scientific careers when I was younger – I thought you just had to be really geeky, ridiculously clever and good at maths, and work on flies or other bugs!

      Some people are like that I guess, but I like to do things like I’m A Scientist to let people know that there are a massive range of options available to you. I didn’t know you could work on diagnosing humans for genetic disease until I was 19!
